How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Are Ello® containers and bottles dishwasher safe?
Most of our products are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the finish of our powder-coated stainless steel items, we recommend hand washing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Ello® products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
Can I use Ello® glass containers in the oven?
Our high-borosilicate glass containers are oven-safe up to 450°F without the lid. Please avoid extreme temperature shocks, such as moving a cold container directly into a hot oven.
